"Hi, I have been trying to download my invoices for the past 2 hours. When I click the billing portal link, the page just loads indefinitely. I've tried clearing my cache and using incognito mode. Please advise."

Resolution Notes:
The client's bank was blocking the cross-border transaction. We contacted the payment gateway provider, whitelisted the BIN, and re-ran the captured charge. Upgrade applied successfully.
