HTML Comment Box Code

Using the following code, you need to replace the value of 'action' with the URL of a page that processes the form on your website.

Processing the Comment Box

Note that your comment box will need an "action" page to submit to. This page will process the contents of the form in what ever way you require. For example, you can send the contents of the form to an email address, so that when a user submits the form, you receive an email.
